I want to help anyone willing to learn and put in the effort.  I want to improve your performance in the gym, on the field, and anywhere else I can. I want to teach people how to break down the limitations holding them back. And I want to do it in a way that’s fun, simple, and engaging.

 

I offer a variety of programming options, from remade weightlifting cycles, to tailored programs based on your needs.

 

The cornerstone of my coaching philosophy is my emphasis on perfecting technique above all. All my clients get a detailed analysis of their technique, where I see room for improvement, and how to correct it.

I’m going to use this site to spread knowledge I feel valuable and useful, everything from my ramblings on topics to recipes to discussions.
